I  provide support and practical feedback to address current life challenges and long-standing issues.
I will help you try to find resolution to a wide range of personal concerns and psychological issues.

I integrate complimentary approaches and draw from a variety of methodologies and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful for each person.
My goal is to help you attain personal growth, self awareness and life fulfillment.  We work together to create a clear plan of action which allows for optimal outcomes.

In my practice I follow the philosophy that " It is not so important to focus on where you are in your life today, as it is to focus on the direction you are moving."

I bring a strong business background to my practice as a Life Coach.
I spent many years in the corporate world.
I know from experience what it takes to be highly successful and at the top of one's field.
I am in a unique position to incorporate practical solutions from my business background with psychologically based insight from my Psychology Education from Pepperdine.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge self doubts and belief systems that limit personal, professional growth and happiness.
