Rates
$120.00 for 45-50 minute session for in office counseling.
$125.00 for couples counseling for 45-50 minute in office counseling.

On line IM Chat through either Yahoo, AOL or MSN.  Skype also available..   Please email for price quote. 15 minute increments.  


 Life Coaching varies according to goals established and timeframe agreed upon. Coaching starts at $ 30.00 per 15 minute session. Packages available

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
• Do I need an authorization number before starting sessions?
• Is Beverly Ventura a provider  with my insurance carrier?

Beverly does provide a superbill after each session that can be submitted to the insurance company for partial reimbursement as an out of network provider. Beverly accepts Blue Cross/Anthem,Blue Shield and Aetna insurance. She also accepts Orange County Preferred Provider, Orange County Medical Foundation insurance, Cigna,Humana, Multi Plan Insurance and Comp Behavioral Care.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. 

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment, except American Express.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified Beverly at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
