She has 15 years in the corporate world with her last position as a Senior Vice President and Company Officer.  She knows from experience what it takes to be highly successful and at the top of one's field.  She is in a unique position to incorporate practical solutions from her business background with psychologically based insight to help her clients deal with the daily and cumulative stressors that rob them of a balanced mind, body and spirit.  She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge self doubts and belief systems that limit personal, professional growth and happiness.    She has offices in Laguna Beach  and Laguna Hills California.  She accepts Aetna, Blue Shield, Anthem, Cigna Insurance., Humana,  Orange County Preferred Provider, Comp Care and MHN.
